Comment:  Diverse guys, some/most.. they smoke, parties are mostly dudes, new house is a plus. Friend of mine has lived at the party house for a couple years now, weird to see how much its changed. Dirty but DJs and kegs. Doesnt seem like it would be the best choice if you were choosing to rush.
