Comment:  my interactions with KDs are mostly through my boyfriend (whos frat parties with them fairly regularly) and through classes. my Bf's reaction is always the same regarding KD parties - they are a very mediocre, lukewarm. they aren't super fun to be around, and not as down to earth as other chapters his frat hangs with. i personally know a few juniors and sophomores through classes and through other friends, and while most are individually nice girls, as a whole I do not respect their chapter. they are very much into appearances and I have seen first hand an upperclassman yell at a sophomore member at a party for not "dressing hot enough" and refusing to hook up with a senior brother. thats just disgusting. if you want to base what sorority you join off of what frats think of them, thats fine BUT just keep in mind that the way your new KD "sisters" will treat u is dependent on how frats see u. it's just degrading. a sisterhood shouldn't be based on the male opinion. if you're rushing mid tier houses I would recommend Zeta PiPhi or Agam over KD and even Theta because at least those houses don't judge their members based on their hotness and willingness to be groped by a sweaty frat dude.
