Comment:  Best guys on campus. they have a rough pledgeship but there brotherhood is the strongest on campus. These guys are the most chill, and have the biggest hearts. The boys are super nice and want nothing but everyone to have a fun time. Phi Psi;s are the true reason why people go to Boulder.
