Comment:  My house recently had a social at the (beautiful) Theta house, and all their girls were so kind! They had cookie cake, gave us a house tour, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The Thetas in my classes seem smart and they're always dressed amazingly. They're known for partying for sure, but why should that be a bad thing? Good luck in recruitment Thetas!
