Comment:  Phi does a good job at portraying themselves as a "good house" to PNMS. Props to whoever is in charge of that and runs their social media. BUT they have such a low retention rate and most people drop senior year. They have a very divided house and every pledge class is so different that there's no way for them to be cohesive.
