Comment:  Phi Sig has stepped it up the last few years with recruitment and has really strong recent pledge classes. They seem to be overlooked compared to other sororities. Philanthropy is kinda confusing unless you ask about it. They are a really close-knit group of girls who are fun to be around and are always really involved on campus and still growing. Interested to see how they grow next
