Comment:  Wait but the people on SAE/LEO's page who were saying Chi Psi is better than LEO were hilarious... LEO is #2 and on High Street, has lots of wealthy/popular guys, and Chi Psi is like bottom 3 and only mixes w/ Kappa. They got a new house a couple years ago yet never do anything with it but mixers with KKG, plus it's super far. Aepi also got a new house this year but they're still bottom tier too
