Comment:  Theta has a very hard time recruiting and retaining girls at Ole Miss. Things are definitely better than the days when they only had half filled pledge classes but the problem is that these are 18 year old girls used to the high school caste system and don't want to be associated with the "lesser" house. It's just the way life is.
