Comment:  I know a decent amount of Phi Kaps and they're honestly all super nice. True, the lack of house hurts them, but that would hurt anyone, and they still manage to have some cool parties. Plus, I enjoy seeing them at events around campus because they're always in the thick of things. Yeah, I've got a bit of a personal bias, but I'm glad to see people ranking them fairly.
