Comment:  This fraternity is definitely among the top tier with LXA and Sigma Chi. They throw a good party every now and then, but also are pretty keen on school. Their house could be better, but I'm guessing that they're working on re-buying a house since they're still not that many years past their re-opening or chartering. The guys almost always come off as friendly, are fun to hang around with, and are actively involved in campus events like Relay for Life. I would definitely check them out if you ever end up rushing a fraternity.
