Comment:  Complete jack asses who smoke and drink and have billionaire parents who fund all of their habits. They aren't involved in the community at all and they never attend any events. Yet they still smoke cigars out their windows and point and laugh at people who walk by, often roasting them and calling them names. And then they throw all these rowdy parties and never get in trouble. Really annoying.
