Comment:  They’ve just gone downhill over the past few years despite getting a group of core girls in last year’s pledge class. They have no house, 2017 was the hottest year by far and they graduated, and over time Pi Phi has become more and more athletic/suburban types which is fine but it doesn’t even begin to compete with Theta. So they’re just the definition of a middle tier sorority now. Not terrible, but not amazing.
