Comment:  Honestly I feel really bad for Theta. They just colonized in a time when greek life at GW is super turbulent, and I think that was really detrimental to their growth. I think that if they had colonized the year before or next year (fall 2018), they would have had stronger numbers and GW panhellenic as a whole would have had more time to dedicate to them, but now the focus is all on figuring out deferred recruitment. It's too bad.
