Comment:  Back in the day a sig was top tier until they got suspended and SigEp took their house. They're recolonizing now but the new guys are extremely different then the old ones. Kind of weird, rejected by other frats so they started their own. They're decently nice though and they'll probably end up doing way more for the community than other frats because that's just what new frats do.
