Comment:  Pi Kapp and Chi Psi have a lot of work to do to become more relevant. Pi Kapp doesn’t have a clear vision of what they want yet and this shows in the fraternity. They’d be better off looking at Beta or Phi Tau and seeing how they got better in the recent years.
