Comment:  Overall a good middle tier fraternity. They're pretty much an identical lesser version of Fiji - top in grades and very involved on campus, but the few parties they have are pretty lame. They also are about to lose their lease on their house when Phi Delt returns to campus. They've basically hit their peak and will probably go on a hard decline with the housing situation.
