Comment:  I think you need to ramp down the dirty rushing. The freshman girls you are wanting are getting a bad feeling from you girls. They have figured out all the flattery and nice instagram posts are for them to like you and want to be in your sorority. It's a game and then they are dropped because you girls were only being nice to them and her friends and then would be dropping some of them but not all of them at recruitment time.
