Comment:  This chapter was doing well a few years ago; they've been recruiting very poorly in the past 2-3 years. I've heard their sisterhood is basically non-existent, they've become cliquey within their chapter, and you'll only see small groups of them out together, so they don't have much of a presence. Sucks, a lot of them are sweet but the chapter is a mess.
