Comment:  I'm entertained by how while Kappa has managed to improve when it comes to looks and the quality of girls they recruit, people still hate them and they have one of the worst reputations in the community. They care way too much about following rules and being the "good girls" and cause so much internal drama. The chapter as a whole is pretty good, I'm sure once the old leadership is replaced Kappa may stand a real chance again but until then they're a mess. It's crystal clear that they're not going anywhere right now because they all want to make Kappa something different.
