Comment:  Have slipped below Theta and have some diversity issues, but I am optimistic about the future of Pi Phi. Yes they have had poor diversity for some time now and it's basically come to a head this year with all the posts on this site and the YDN/Rumpus articles and now people know about it, but the current rush chair is a woc and she's really passionate about making a change. Like all of the sororities need to do better but that starts with Pi Phi. Just like how the frats need to do better but that starts with Leo.
