Comment:  this is the epitome of an average house. i'm glad they've calmed down off of mgg and greek rank because they seemed to have gone on a rampage attacking houses like DG, Delta, and GPhi. i think pi phi has improved, absolutely...but they're still nothing special after recruitment ends.
