Comment:  They were great as a smaller house, but for whatever reason, they thought they needed to become a bigger house as far as numbers go. With that, they still bring a small house mentality with a big house ego. They seem to care more about getting "cool guys" rather than good guys that will fit in. Lately, they've recruited a lot of guys who care more about partying, getting drunk, and disrespecting women rather than betting themselves individually. I'd be surprised if they're still afloat in the next 5 years.
