Comment:  It's weird. I want to give XO a higher rating. I know I'm supposed to give them a higher rating. But, I'm not sure why other than reputation? They haven't made quota, they aren't overly involved on campus, and while everybody says they are popular and still top tier I'm not sure if I agree. They still mix well. That's going for them. And they are pretty. Grades are middle of the road. So I don't know what to do with them. I guess I will put them as middle tier. But that doesn't seem right either. Because it's xo and they are supposed to be top.
