Comment:  Great thing about this group is they are in a relatively small house. Maybe 40 guys instead of 90-100. Brotherhood is close. They are the second oldest ZY House in the country (behind New York). Also "The Zoo" is the only house that is privately owned by the alumni...not UNC-CH.
