Comment:  this is one of, if not the, top new row houses. they have haters in the mommy world for some reason but on campus they are desired during recruitment and liked during the school year. they need to work on their overall gpa so the haters don't always beat them up with a lower than average house gpa. I know 4.0 students there, but I guess when they have a slaker, that girl really slacks
