Comment:  Phi Taus smoke and drink a lot. My sorority had a party with them one time and a dude made of my sisters uncomfortable. They said they addressed it but he's still in the fraternity. Seems like a lot of incidents get swept under the rug. The brothers seem to not like each sometimes, but that's just a vibe I get.
