Comment:  Everyone has their own opinion on where chapters stand. After going through recruitment last year, i personally considered Chi O to be bottom of middle tier but that’s my opinion. Some agree, some disagree, but regardless of their “tier” or “rank”, these women have always been very kind/welcoming towards me & my sisters. I’ve never heard them claim to be top/middle tier but I think they deserve more credit than they’re given.
