Comment:  Pi Kapp, Lambda, and Sig Ep all were top 3 fraternities last year. Pi Kapp was only really top due to Pi Phis love of them, but a few bad incident happened and theyve dropped. Decent pledge class, but the other guys are sometimes creepy. Almost as bad of an ego problem as Lambda but with none of the social scene left. Last 2 parties were empty and the punch is weird. The sophomores are mostly sweet, but a few get way too drunk and agressive or creepy.
