Comment:  Thetas have an amazing image on campus, but I have seen them be super exclusive within their sorority. There are some girls who get no face time in any Theta related things, and I know they're hurt about it because the same 10 girls get picked as the "face of Theta". I wouldn't want to be in a sorority where you have to compete to feel important after going through rush.
