Comment:  From an outside perspective, ADPi is definitely the "most improved" chapter on campus. They have a mediocre rep from people who don't know anyone in their chapter, but if you talk to anybody who knows some ADPi's--which shouldn't be hard since they're friends with everyone--you'll only hear great things about these women.
