Comment:  I joined this sorority last year and had to drop unfortunately due to academic circumstances. I was really sad to drop as I loved getting to know the girls, but now that a year has passed I have realized it was the right choice for me. IMMEDIATELY when i dropped every girl in the sorority stopped acknowledging me. To this day, they still ignore me on the sidewalk and give me dirty looks when all i try to do is say hello...and to think they were just calling me their "sister." It's heartbreaking how cruel some people can be. And it's disappointing that a group of girls can be so low and immature when someone had to leave their organization due to academic circumstances. It's a shame because many of the people in my pledge class were very sweet and I could have seen them being my lifelong friends....all i can think is that the sorority changed them into sour people who were told to ignore me whenever they see me. I wish the best for them, but it's really sad to me that so many girls will change their values just because their social group says to do so.
