Comment:  Some people don't understand why they're within "top tier" but I think you actually have to get to know some of the girls to understand why they are. Pretty sure this is one of the only instances where rank is based on personality more than looks. They're top tier because they have good personalities and that makes them have good relations with other sororities and frats.
