Comment:  I recently went on this and saw some negative comments about Phi Psi and i have to say, it's such an ignorant behavior. I was at a Phi Psi party recently and i had the greatest time ever!! The guys were very polite. I was offered water multiple times and at the end, one of the guys offered to give me and my housemates a ride back home and made sure we got home safe! I can definitely see why they're Top house.
