Comment:  Middle tier. Attracts a weird crowd. Some of the Thetas know a couple guys in it so some of them go to mixers when assigned to DKE, but it's mostly Pi Phi because athletes. I don't know how often they mix with Pi Phi but they should do it more often if they want a higher profile. Never mixes with Kappa. APhi avoids them (but they avoid anywhere that isn't High St)
