Comment:  Fence is actually pretty much top tier. A lot of girls in sororities want to also rush Fence (Theta, APhi). New house is AMAZING, people are super chill (not try-hard artsy, trust me, I know because I rushed) and they have good alcohol and weed... it's a really dope place to party and almost all the people I know in it are genuinely chill people. Definitely on the rise and well-regarded on campus. Even fratty/sororityty people go to Fence, it's a crowd favorite
