Comment:  Oftentimes I hear that these guys come off as a little douchey, but I truly do think they have people's best interest in mind. They don't treat their associates very kindly, however once initiated it seems they are very respectful of their brothers and think very highly of them. Delta Chi and Pi Kappa Alpha go back and forth for top house and have a big rivalry.
