Comment:  I'm not Greek so I feel this is an honest rating. I really don't know what to think about Chi-O. They're ok in terms of looks. They always seem kind of out of it though and in their own little world. But I have heard many rumors that the Owls like to smoke once in a while so that could have something to do with it.
