Comment:  have honestly gotten a lot better in the last few semesters as Sig Ep has moved down a tier (some brothers don't even know each other, social probation last year, hospitalized some freshmen literally like their first party this year) Phi Delt has probably moved up one cons: parties off campus pros: strong brotherhood, guys that are all arounders so that's why I'd put it probably just behind SAE, as a new top tier
