Comment:  These guys are hella fun! Their parties are good and they easily have some of the nicest guys in the Greek system. They're always very chill, fun loving, easy to talk to, and most importantly, have the best memes. Once you look past the superficial "ranking" system, these guys are one of the best frats on campus. Their brotherhood and fun loving down to earth attitude just make them great. Its looking to be a good year for Phi Delt as Freshmen seem to love these guys and their parties.
