Comment:  A couple years ago his chapter was middle tier and the brothers weren't that great socially. Since spring 16' the house got way better and the house is so welcoming, social, good looks, and are competitive in sports. SigEp is for sure one of the top houses if not the top house. Most of the bad reviews are probably from guys who didn't get a bid.. lol.
