Comment:  If you want a real take on this house, it's without-a-doubt middle tier. But it can definitely reach upper middle with work. Yes, their location and porches aren't ideal, but their backyard parties like @ Greek Week was lit, they party with solid houses, and the recent bros and new PC are sweet and definitely on the rise for the future of Phi Psi.
