Comment:  Pretty sure the reason why they're #1 on here is because APhi girls messed with greek rank after they got kicked off campus. ChiO is definitely bottom tier at URI. Girls are nice, but you never really hear much about their socials etc. and I don't really think I've ever seen girls from ChiO at any parties.
