Comment:  Let's be honest - pi phi had a FABULOUS rush this year. Those ladies really knew how to work the stadium for the pnms. Plus it helps that their house is under construction now and the rushees could see how big it will be once it's finished. I would say they slightly edged out Zeta this year for most desirable NR house. Got a lot of "almost" OR girls that missed the cut due to legacy numbers and whatnot. Even snatched a few (take note OR - zip code's not all that). Their strong national presence helps them get girls from all over the country. I look forward to exciting things from them in the future. -TR
