Comment:  Not a top house as of now but shows a lot of promise. I think they are still trying to obtain their charter for this upcoming year. If they get it, I would be surprised if they are a top house. Guys are cute and welcoming and definitely know how to party. PC seems decent, more then half of them seem like great guys. We will have to wait and see to find out what Sig Nu is about. Hopefully they can achieve and even surpass their former glory. Things do look promising.
