Comment:  Phi Psi MAJORLY on the rise. Cabo this year was actually super lit. Their last two pledge classes have been full of good looking, smart, and nice guys so I wouldn't be surprised if in the next 2 or 3 years they have a major uptick in popularity. As a girl, I feel safe at their parties, and don't get the creepy vibe that I get from some other frats. All the brothers are genuinely nice and can actually hold a conversation which is awesome. I think they're on their way to getting a solid pledge class this year, which will really keep their upward momentum.
