Comment:  This chapter is really one of the best on campus. They consistently get the top average GPA, they are very competitive in philanthropy events, and everyone wants to go to their parties. If you get a bid for their house, then they will also make sure that you don't fall behind in your grades. If you are wondering why there are a few negative comments, it is because the other houses are getting tired of coming in second place to SigEp.
