Comment:  If you compare red dress gala at the Omni a couple years ago which no one went to to boozy brunch at Harvest which was sold out, and the hotness/selectivity of pledge classes from year to year, and the fact that they used to have no house but now have a brand new one, it's pretty clear that APhi is on the rise. And the only girls who argue against that are in Pi Phi because they're upset about not having a house anymore and slipping in tier. Ask anyone on campus — this is common opinion
