Comment:  Pi Phi definitely has a ton or prep school/private school types.... I mean their Class of 2020 girls has tons of them. They got the whole NYC private school friend group as well as many private school kids from other cities like DC area and San Francisco. Theta gets more of the boarding school types like Deerfield.
