Comment:  Top tier physical house, bottom tier everything else. They wouldn't even show people the house during rush because they wanted it to feel "exclusive" and tried way too hard to appear "frat" so they gave off a weird vibe to everyone. They're also not very socially involved. There are worse options but wouldn't recommend.
