Comment:  Although this is berkeley's newest house they can easily rise up this year. They have some hot girls in their new pledge class and a prime location on Greek row. Because they're so new, it's been hard to define themselves and not all their members are stunning but there are definitely some girls in this house that can easily be in other top houses based on looks. Personality wise these girls are are a lot more laid back than top houses in terms of cattiness but not weird or socially awkward like bottom houses. Hard to place them really. Zeta is always really involved with philo, looking to see where this house ends up by the end of the year.
